Anyway, as of now, Devilish needs the help, I've seen plenty of people come and go, but there is always those few that make a difference. As of my old reputation, that difference was a bothersome, persuading person. But as of new years, my resolution was to stray away from these peeves. I know plenty of things about RO, builds, cards, items, characters, jobs, sprites, fixing errors. Been playing RO for about... 3 years. I've been through my bad and good servers. And you still wonder why I'm still here. Now we all know this next question,"Why do you want to become a Gamemaster on Devilish?" is been an opposing question in which many generalities such as, "I don't need a high GM level to help people" or ,"I got all these things to help the server out." Basically in my opinion, quoted from Vince Lombardi, if any of you football fans out there. I have "GMed" other servers before and my policy is that you reap what you sow. respect shown is respect received concerning both parties. as for random information -my favorite class is the stalker -i l mix ramen in my mac & cheese -my favorite game is poker -i despise that game "Bop-it" and will not hesitate to burn it What do you think of Devilish? Devilish...is Devilish and has always been a sort of home base server to me... i'd always try new stuff in other more updated servers and wait eagerly for them to be a part of Devilish. I did however enjoy the server much more before the advance classes were released Why do you want to become a Game Master in Devilish? My reasons are partly for the community and partly for myself. I am interested in doing all that i can for this community being as how playing this server eventually led to me to choosing my career [yes weird i know] and how i was often helped with many problems even situations in real life by some of devi's veteran /retired players [Aleaxander, Drunken Tiger and Supah just to name a few] and i would like to see Devilish return to its former glory. As for the selfish part i would like to eliminate the thing that pissed me off the most as a player Killstealers which half of were even were bots. i really can not care less about them getting free, effortless exp. in my opinion botting is punishable because it ruins the experience for other players. Hiya I am Known as Hiryu and many people may have heard of me or have met me recently. Reason why people know me is the fact that I have been on devilish for more than 3 years and I generally help others. I am in college right now, but my college is awesome because you can set hours for your class to whatever you want. I am generally nice and friendly towards others including beggers because I know what it was like to start playing ro for the first time so long ago. I am a talented Gamer, as well as an artist. I have an endless amount of ideas and dreams and I can make anyone laugh or smile. What do you think of Devilish? Let me be honest. Devilish is one of the decent servers out there...but devilish needs some improvements and the server would be so much more successful. I realize like other people that gms actually have lives and that we should be thankful that they are giving effort to make devilish enjoyable for others. Devilish needs work in order to be more successful and I wouldn't mind putting forthmy best efforts to help the only server that I really liked out of many other ones I visited n quit. The Society is um... how do I say it? Hot-headed and stubborn. Now I am not saying that every person on devilish is like this because there are nice people on the server, but the majority is causing other new players to want to leave the server and I want devilish to grow. People need to realize that the other people that are playing are actually people(besides the bots haha) and should treat others right... Devilish needs no more drama n no gm/people bashing please. Why do you want to become a Game Master in Devilish? because I believe I can get in touch n talk to anybody in the devilish society and bond with them. I help people who ask for my help regardless so this isn't new to me or anything. I have lots of knowledge about RO itself and I wouldn't mind putting that knowledge to good use. I can talk to anyone about anything. I don't even have to know the person and I can talk to them. Its just how I am. I always wanted to be a Gm on Devilish because I think I can really be helpful towards others. I have plenty of ideas of how to improve the server as well as make it not so boring. I can be strict when I have to because even though this server is for fun, there are rules you have to follow... so I am not gonna be a pushover if others think so. There are a lot of other servers out there, but I have never once thought of leaving. I really have grown to love this community and how we all work together to have fun and play. I've seen how people really respect one another and I think that is really rare to find on an online community. Why do you want to become a Game Master in Devilish? I believe that I can bring a new perspective to the game and I think I really can keep a objective view point on all matters. I really believe that I more mature and wiser than a lot of the other prospective applicants (No Disrespect), and that is something that one should take into consideration. Also, I know that if I were to become a GM that I'd have to get used to the fact that I am not going to be liked by everyone. There are people out there that are going to end up hating my guts or crying bias on me. Something like that would not effect my performance and I would take it all in stride. All I can do is do what I know is right and enforce the rules that are in place. |

I have been on a lot of development teams that have had great ideas, skilled people, but it just never worked out in the end... Can get things done when they need to be done. Been playing DevilishRO for 3 years now, was GM for 4 months of that.Never been really jailed; only a few times for fun. I know a lot about RO, and if I didn't know what was being asked, I would find someone who knew. I can also script the easyinformational npc's (but thats the easy stuff). I truly hate it when people say that DevilishRO has too much drama when they are just instead keeping the drama alive. What do you think of Devilish? I think the players on it are great. Needs more events/ active GM's during the time I am online. Everything else is pretty nice. I remember when Devilish used to wipe once a week, but even then, it was fun. Rates are average, much better then low rate and a little harder then high rate. Drop rates are pretty low, but it's pretty balanced. Why do you want to become a Game Master in Devilish? Love to help others. Want to be more involved in the community (More then just a player). I want to make the community more enjoyable. Never really had any specific problem with players before. When i think back on all the good times i had on here i smile. Theres alot of wonderful players, and aot of fun times. I have run my own servers. I can edit database (skill editing, pets (physical pets, attacks, stat bonuses, etc.) items, cards, view IDs), NPCs, client, sprites, loading screens, web graphics. Drew and I have worked together on our own servers. He wanted me to come try out Devilish in the first place and we've both been around for almost 3 years, I believe. If seniority is not considered a skill, it should be, because politics are involved in running a server whether we like it or not, and I'm familiar with most of the goings on here. I'm an easy person to talk to and can be quite funny but also serious when I need to be. I try to keep an unbiased impression of anyone I meet, even if they seem annoying to me at first, I force myself to get past it and be fair. I've played on various other servers last year but mostly on Devilish; I quit due to guild inactivity at the time and loss of interest but I have decided to come back again. What do you think of Devilish? In my opinion, I think Devilish is one of the best private servers. It has a nice community that help new players get to where they want/need to go and it isn't confusing to get to the NPC shops, unlike some other servers I've played on, which is one of the big factors for me to stay with a server. Why do you want to become a Game Master in Devilish? I want to become a GM because I want to help everyone enjoy the game fairly without hackers or cheaters ruining the fun and discouraging people to continue playing on Devilish. I also have lots of patience and I can generally understand jibberish slang or mixed languages if a player isn't fluid with english; if I can't, I'll still help them as much as I can. Also, this will give me something to do when I can't think of what to do next and just sit around in one of the cities lol. |

Found some friends here, made some enemies. Guild drama. Rates are pretty good, need the new dungeons, new events etc; As for the drama.. DramaRO ^^ 3) Why do you want to be a Game Master in Devilish? You see, I live in Singapore. The timezone is GMT+8. The War of Emperium is 6am for me on Wednesdays and Sundays. I'm so dedicated to actually wake up for woe at 5.30am. If I was a GM, I could help those that live in the same/similar timezones with me, because its like 3am for you guys there while its probably 3pm here, where most same/similar timezones with me players play. Ive been in devi for quite a few months. I joined a lot of clubs and such in my school. And recently won a 300$ gift card(weeeeee) for contributing 120hours for volunteer community service hour. What do you think of Devilish? will to be honest devi is a bit unaccomodating sometimes due to lack of GM's or its lack of updates and tons of bugs Why do you want to become a Game Master in Devilish? i think being a GM would be a great experience for me and also to meet new people and try to uphold the rules aswell. also i want to find out people's comments about the server and help them whenever i can. which is ussually always. |

I have a passion for helping people and friends in need. I will do everything in my power to help others and guide others to the right path if they should need it. I'm very dedicated to Ragnarok Online and not too recently, our server Devilish. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and go to school for about 7 hours a day. I do have a job as General Labor and respect everyone for who they are and what they do. What do you think of Devilish? - I think Devilish is a great server. If I could say anything about it, I would have to call it a... "Sleeping Giant" I see so much potential in the server and I have so many ideas to make it for not only just the players, but the GMs, Admins, and so on. Devilish may have had it's bad times but every server has it's own little drama or some problems. It just takes the right mind and people to help set right what is wrong. I believe Devilish is already on that track and is doing a great job and I'd like to help further it's success. Why do you want to become a Game Master in Devilish? - I would like to become a Game Master in Devilish because I feel like I can provide the support that Devilish needs. I feel that if I am a GM, there will be less drama and for the amount of time I spend online, the stress would be reduced on the other GMs and Admins. I'm here for two reason and that is to have fun and to make it fun for others. Also, I would like to make a promise that if you give me a chance at become a GM, I will do my best to help and provide support or players and host events for everyone to enjoy. I have experiene on another game by the name of Graal. I was the owner of a few servers and an Admin on a few servers. Weekends - Same as Week days. Desired Position: My first choice would be as a GM because I enjoy working with people. I do however have experience scripting for other MMORPGs. Something about myself: I'm a college student working my way to earning a major in music. I compose music and I hope to put it to use in video/computer games and movies. Playing Devilish Ragnarok Online is just a way for me to relax. It's a nice change from iRO that I played for 3 years from beta. After taking a break from RO in general for a few years I recently found Devilish about half a year ago and fell in love all over again  .What I think of Devilish: Personally I find Devilish very entertaining. It has a great staff from what I've seen and a pretty good community. I love this server, but I feel as though it has a lot of room to improve and grow. All things aside though, it truly is a great server to play on. Or else I wouldn't be drawn to it every day like a moth to a flame. Why do I want to become a GM for Devilish: Well let me start off by saying that I love helping people. I want to ensure this server stays in top notch shape, and also to help it grow and improve in whatever area(s) need be. I know that I can be on a lot of the time to help players when other GMs are not because I know I'm sitting there for hours at a time typing "@whogm2" on and off for several hours.(not always but it can happen days in a row). Also, I will more than likely be available during WoE because I am not a consistent participant and seldom do I see a GM(s) on during WoE. I'm not sure how many people need a GM at that time but there must be a few at least. I don't play favorites and I am very fair, but very strict. I'm a real fun person to talk to but I can and will maintain a very professional manner. No one and I repeat no one has made me angry on this game. So really, I don't think anyone on this game can make me lose my temper. I am a very level headed person. On a final note, I'm filled with ideas and eager to share them with the Devilish Staff. I know I can make a difference. |
