Like pansy-retarded GM's that think if they could get a good few words to the public about how much bullshit they have to go through, it'd make things better.

Get with it, people are stupid. They're like: "lolz, u hat da hak so i hak u mor lol"

People that exploit bugs don't give a rat's ass if the server economy is bull-shitted in the face, they don't give a flying fuck if the GM's that work oh-so hard to maintain any level of decency within the game. Laugh at your face they will, resume to commit acts of crappiness they shall.

Don't waste your breath, your time, or your sanity.

Now, I have a few suggestions to fix it up.

Make the private server a PRIVATE server, rather than a public one. Lock it up, don't let new accounts in, and use irc as a form of registration and whatnot.

Of course, that would dramatically cut down the amount of players, but hey, less hackers, less headaches.

Second suggestion, bomb the server like the US bombed Hiroshima. Fuck everyone. Boom.

Or finally, you can just STFU and let the server go on its own. Ignore everyone's suggestions, comments, complaints, poopoo platters, and just go on with whatever else hobby you have.

I second that idea to make this server a private one. Just to get rid of hackers and dupers. If someone hacks or dupes, then you'd know better who it was, right? Then just ban their ass.

I know this is old, but if you do go with this idea, the server will be more stable. Also, limit IP addresses by allowing only one account. If you can do this, cool. If not because coding is tough, then screw it. This would need a wipe. Although I'm not fond of the idea, but if you REALLY want to make this a private server (which you should to make it more stable) then prepare the passwords and registration and wipe the old DRO.
