Heya...finally I'm going to get me Final Fantasy XI and I wanted to ask how much down- and upstream it takes for each player? Downstream doesn't matter too much but I would like to know about the upstream (I mean from your own connection, I'm not talking about the game server's down- or upstream). It would be really nice if anyone could help me, thankies~!

I never played it before, but it shouldn't be too much more than RO (unless it's patching, etc). In what measurement are you looking for (amount per month, per second)?

Oh sorry, in seconds would be nice. But as long as it is like RO or just a bit more it's okay. Basically I wouldn't care, but since I use my stepfathers connection I wouldn't want to take away too much upstream. But he already agreed to me playing it so it shouldn't be a problem. I ordered the game today and it is supposed to arrive on Friday, yay~! *can't wait*

Thanks for all your support. I'm not planning to hack anything or so (I don't really understand much on that website), but a windower might come in handy. ^_^;

And omigosh...I so can't wait to play this game. Everyone wish me luck that it will arrive on Friday...will be a long weekend then for me. XD

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm only lucky though...if I wouldn't have upgraded not long ago I wouldn't be able to play, too. But that benchmark thingy gives me a score over 3000...in low resolution but hey, it will be more than playable. ^^;
